How many hours can I book per week?
It all depends on availability. I am a workaholic but want to ensure I don’t spread myself too thin. If there’s a bulk amount of hours you’re looking at booking in, call or email so I can block off slots for you.
When's the best time to fitness?
So many times over the years, I’ve heard people say, let me just lose some weight first, then I’ll start training. That day never comes, the best time to start is NOW. By clicking “book” you’ll have taken the hardest step.
Is everything sport based?
Absolutely not, everything we do can be tailored to your needs. I pride myself on my creativity, that along with my positive mental attitude, means that we’ll find a plan or activity to suit everyone's needs.
How about travel?
I have 18 years of driving experience, so driving you from A to B is no problem at all, no matter how far it is. I’ve driven all over this country, and a trip with you is just another adventure.
